well im going to europe. can i bring a straightening iron and razors no a plane in my checked luggage?? would that be a problem? will they throw it away?

You can take almost anything except illegal things of course, but only in checked baggage, never in carry on bags. if you can do without it , you're always better to leave it at home to be on thwe safe side. Tavel these days is all about YOUR SAFETY. They want to keep YOU safe, so they have strict rules. your travel agent will have a list of things you can't bring.

Make sure you bring a European Power Converter...they have different plugs than we do in the US, so your hair straightner most likely will not be able to plug in without one.

Yes, I went in January and I packed both those things in my checked luggage and it was fine.
