I was wondering if you think it's worth it to travel (especially while you're still young), even if it drains your bank account a little.
Also...should you travel by yourself, with a friend, or with a group, or what?

Yup. When you travel, you feel different and the site amaze you! Usually when you come back, you are a different person. Traveling is a great thing!

I would travel with at least one more person. Being alone is a litte... boring

Definitely travel if you can afford it, especially while your young. I think it is extremely important to travel, go on vacation, and have fun in life. Traveling gives you memorable life experiences and makes you smarter...honestly. You become smarter because you learn and experience new and different things in new and different places. Your new experiences and fresh knowledge makes you well-rounded. Just be sure to budget appropriately and develop an adequate money-saving method so you can afford to go on your next trip.

Travel with whomever and however many people you prefer, but I always say, "The more, the merrier." Plus, a larger bunch means being able to divide the cost of the hotel room in smaller amounts; therefore, cutting down on the cost of your hotel stay, which can be pretty expensive at times, depending on where you are staying.

    Go for it!!! Have fun!!!

    yes! do it!
i back packed europe for three months, and regardless of how much it cost, it was worth every penny!

do it with a friend.. if you go w/ groups your trip could get restricted, and you wont get to do everything you want to do...
and not by yourself, it could be dangerous out there...
if you dont have anyone you can see yourself spending a lot of time with look for people online looking for a traveling parter.. i know while i was over there with a friend we taged a long w/ others sometimes and vice versa... its also a cool way to meet new people that share the same intrest of travel with you

Travel is a luxury. I love to travel, but I wouldn't do it if I didn't have the resources. Travel, but be smart about it, and don't put yourself in the poor house in the process.

As for the second part of your question, I always travel alone, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Other people just slow you down and inconvenience you.
