For a two week hoilday with my finace to bulgaria sunny beach.
its our first holiday together - 20th june - 4th July. Any help would be fantastic - I mean with everything clothes, suncream (whats the best one normal skin) what money to take and how much - any thing and everything .. im clueless! |

We always tell people to pack light.... if you forget something, you'll be able to get it there. Change your money there. Take your ATM. Make sure your "PIN" is 4 numbers and can be used internationally. Talk to your bank to see what you're daily limit is. There will be ATMs at the airport and in towns. Your bank will probably have an international transaction fee.... so get a couple of hundred dollars at a time because the fee will be the same whether it's $20 or $300. Take a credit card with you. You'll get a good rate when you use that too. Try to find one with the smallest international transaction fee if you can. Remember some small restaurants and hostels and B&Bs won't take credit cards. We still carry travelers checks.... just habit. It used to be the safest way to carry money, but we seldom cash them anymore. And be sure to take a money belt to keep your money and credit cards safe.
