I will be travelling by myself in the next couple months and have never travelled alone before. What is the best lock for my luggage? The old fashioned lock and key or this one???

You can not lock your luggage when you check it at the airport. Dumb, I know, but they need to get in there in case they want/need to search your bags.

Nope you can't lock it at all.

That looks fine. Since the TSA can open it at will...and they are the ones most likely to steal from your bags...not much else you can do. It HAS to be one the TSA can open. Here is a great article about protecting your luggage.
